This premium cutter features a curved handle with cushioned grip to ease wrist and hand fatigue. Integrated grooves in the handle prevent slipping and offer added user control. The blade is activated with a simple squeeze of the trigger. Once released, the blade automatically retracts for the ultimate in safe cutting. The safety lock can secure the blade in an open position for continuous cutting or maintain the blade in the closed position for safe storage. Additionally, this cutter can be set for right- or left-handed use with a simple change of the blade position. For ultimate performance, the Ergonomic Rotary Cutter comes pre-loaded with an OLFA RB45H-1 Endurance Blade. The ultra-sharp Tungsten Steel Blade delivers up to twice the cutting of a standard blade for fewer blade changes and improved efficiency. For use on a multitude of materials, including wool, cotton, vinyl, leather, paper, and more. The sharpness of this blade allows for cutting of up to eight layers of cotton fabric in a single pass.
