Where We Ship

SHDP is able to ship merchandise across Canada and into select US locations. We only ship to physical addresses deliverable by courier, no PO boxes. Carriers may leave packages at the delivery address unattended. We recommend using an address where someone is present during business hours. SHDP is not responsible for package theft or address errors.

Shipping Carriers

Shipping carriers are selected at checkout. We understand the excitement that comes with ordering new parts; however, any ETAs provided are estimated and not guaranteed. There may be certain instances where an alternate carrier is used at the shipping counter as a result of carrier availability and/or dimensional constraints.

Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight. Additional freight may apply on exceptionally large items or extremely remote areas.

Note: Any fee(s) related to Shipping/Freight are non-refundable once shipped.

Processing Time

Most in-stock products will ship out within 3 business days of the order Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:00pm PST, excluding some instances where an inventory transfer is required. Many times you will receive the product within a few days of the order being placed, however, we cannot guarantee this with every order. If you have a specific date a product is required, please contact us prior to ordering.

Receipt

If the packaging is damaged upon receipt, please take detailed photographs BEFORE opening the packaging. If a package is damaged, we have 48hrs to make a freight claim with the carrier after it is received so documentation is key. The process and resolution is at the discretion of the carrier. If a package is undamaged, but the contents are damaged please consult the manufacturer for warranty as outlined below.
