When it comes to high end circle track racing where engines demand the most stable timing and reliable trigger signals, FAST XDi Pro Race Distributors are the only choice. These distributors are engineered from the inside-out to deliver the precise control and superspeedway endurance race teams require. For the most reliable and accurate trigger signal, we incorporated dual optical trigger pickups. The signal from these optical pickups is then synthesized into a common magnetic trigger signal that can be used with most racing ignitions such as the E6 series. A stainless steel trigger wheel is incorporated which also allows for modifications so a custom cylinder-to-cylinder timing order could be created. The wiring is routed into Weatherpak connectors that will plug into common wiring harnesses for sealed and locked connection. For high RPM endurance, the stainless steel distributor shaft rides in a ball bearing guide with a double lip seal for advanced oil and vacuum control. Each distributor is supplied with a bolt-down distributor cap, wire retainer and rotor. A FAST E6 race series ignition control is required. Distributor gear is NOT supplied.
