A two channel adjustable L.O.C. (Line Output Converter) with a built in amplifierremote generator, the AX-MLOC-HD1 is designed to convert (2) channels of speakerlevel audio into (2) channels of line level audio that can be used by an aftermarketamplifier. This device will also detect the presence of an audio signal and thengenerate a +12V output that can be used to turn-on an aftermarket amplifier.Features and specifications: The AX-MLOC-HD1 is able to handle 80watts per channel continuous input without overheating. The input circuitry isdesigned to correct the crossover distortion commonly found on standard L.O.C.'s,while providing a high to low level step down of 6:1. Output audio level is infinitelyadjustable using the onboard, high quality potentiometers. The remote output, oramplifier trigger, is rated at 500mA (+12V), and will easily handle an outboardrelay if additional current is needed. The remote output will trigger instantaneouslywhen the LOC detects DC voltage on the white, left + audio input wire above 5V, ora very low audio signal. It will shut off 60 seconds after no signal is detected.
