Metra 71-1771 repair wire harness is used when the original harness has been cut or damaged and plugs into the original radio equipment for FORD/Lincoln/MERCUR/MAZDA 1998-2008 models. Its main purpose is to replace a factory radio plug that has been cut off or damaged, allowing the user to wire a new factory-style plug back into the vehicles dash wiring. It provides the Power and 4-Speaker connections (constant, accessory, ground, illumination, and four speaker pairs).
