The Flow-Formed wheel manufacturing process applies pressure to the wheel casting while it is spinning to stretch and compress the aluminum. The finished wheel is approximately 2-7 lbs. lighter per wheel than stock Factory Tesla Wheels (see weight chart for details). Flow-Formed wheels are also stronger with a higher shock resistance & load capacity - as compared to standard cast wheels. |
