Working together, the HP Group companies join as one to develop comprehensive kits that include everything you'll need to safely, and properly, fasten the donor LS engine to the vehicle's chassis. Sold as a single part number, purchasing complete engine swap kit ensures the products have been developed to work with each other, and takes the guesswork out of choosing swap products.
This Premium, stainless, long tube header Swap-In-A-Box Kit is developed specifically for installing an LS engine and 4L60E or 4L70E transmission into 1968-72 GM A-Body passenger cars (i.e. Chevelle, El Camino, GTO, Cutlass, Skylark, 442 and others). This comprehensive kit includes a pair of BLACK-MAXX Satin-Black ceramic coated, T304 Stainless steel, long tube headers with gaskets, bolts and exhaust adapters, a complete engine mount kit with hardwarde and rubber pads, LS swap engine oil pan with bolts, gaskets and special pick-up tube.
Kits with uncoated or polished-silver ceramic-coated headers are also available. Headers are backed by a limited lifetime warranty. All other components are covered for a full year from the date of purchase.
