Products that are not C.A.R.B. exempt are legal in most states, but may not be used in California or states with similar emissions control laws except on pre 1976 vehicles. Note: Legal in California only for racing vehicles which may never be used, registered, or licensed for use upon a highway. See spectreperformance.com for CARB status on each part for a specific vehicle.
