These swap headers allow enthusiasts to drop an LS engine into the ever popular 1955-1957 Chevy. These new headers were designed to fit only with a 605 box or stock steering setup. They are a true 1-7/8-inch long tube design to sufficiently maximize the torque and horsepower of the free breathing LS engines and constructed of 304 stainless steel.

Specifications:

Description_ASC NOTE: Will not work with factory column shift linkage or Z bar. Aftermarket column linkage or cable kits such as those offered by Lokar (TM) and others will have to be used if you wish to maintain column shift capability of your vehicle. NOTE: Installation of the HOOKER Tri-5 headers will require the removal of the factory bell housing style rear engine mounts from the factory frame rails. NOTE: These headers are designed to clear OEM A/C, manual steering gear boxes, power steering boxes, and power brake boosters.
