Hedman Hedders has been manufacturing quality headers in the USA since 1954, and they've been manufacturing Ford truck headers decades. Each set uses mild steel, smooth flowing, CNC mandrel bent tubes, that are hand-welded to ensure each pair is identical to the next. Hedman's unique, gasketless ball and socket collector design allows your exhaust system to bolt up to these 351W (5.8L) headers, even if it is not perfectly aligned with the header collectors.

These BLACK-MAXX coated, LONG-TUBE headers fit 1980-95 2WD Ford 1/2, 3/4 and 1 ton, and 1982-96 4WD Ford 1/2, 3/4 and 1 ton Trucks and Broncos with a 351W (5.8L) non-E.G.R. engine. The long, smooth-flowing 1-1/2 in. tube design provides superb exhaust flow to let your Ford truck's 5.8L engine breathe easy, and produce loads of horsepower and torque. They fit column-shift automatic and floor-shift manual transmissions, but will not work on lifted trucks, or 4WD models with a Dana 60 front differential.

Each set includes a pair of gaskets, header flange bolts and collector bolts. No collector gasket is needed.

Hedman Hedders is so confident in the quality of its headers that these headers are factory backed by a Limited Lifetime Warranty. These headers have a high temperature, SATIN-BLACK ceramic finish that resists corrosion, and can withstand temperatures up to 1400 degree F. This finish is covered by a 5-year factory warranty, in addition to Hedman's standard lifetime header warranty.
