Hedman Hedders, along with its Hedman Husler race header division, have been building quality headers in the USA since 1954! Hedman has manufactured long and mid-length tube headers for S-10 and S-15 family trucks for decades, so designing a good fitting, great performing set of headers for popular LS engine swaps is nothing new.
These long tube LS swap headers fit 1982-04 Chevy and GMC 2WD (only) S-10, S-15 trucks. They have a mild steel construction, and use smooth flowing, 2 in. diameter, CNC mandrel bent tubes that are hand-welded to ensure each pair is identical to the next. The stout 3/8" header flanges ensure a great seal that will resist warping, and the high-flow 3 in. race collectors ensure unimpeded exhaust flow for maximum performance. Two of the tubes on these headers are routed outside the frame rails.
These headers have Hedman's durable, HTC polished-silver ceramic-metallic finish that withstands exhaust temperatures up to 1400 degrees F and won't "blue" like chrome. Hedman Husler confidently backs these headers with a One year warranty.
