This replacement hardtop lift gate latch fits 76-86 CJ7 and 81-86 CJ8 Scrambler models equipped with factory hard top. Latch fits left OR right side and includes internal return spring. Sold individually- two required. For lift gate cable cam assembly, use 11901.03. Replaces OE 8128164
