It is fully machined and assembled by Edelbrock. It includes a Throttle Position Sensor, a progressive throttle cable lever, and cruise and kick-down attachments, all on a threaded shaft for ease of customization. The IAC mounting flange will accept any Ford 5.0 style IAC including our pulse-width modulated Hitachi unit (# 36017). Since most people will re-use their existing controller, none is included.
